A $100 refundable deposit will reserve a place in line for your pick of available kittens, and will hold a chosen kitten up until 6 weeks old.  After a chosen kitten is 6 weeks old the deposit becomes non-refundable.  Here is the agreement:

I use The International Bengal Cat Society's (TIBCS) standard sales contract and health guarantee, which you must agree to and sign:

All my Bengals are registered with The International Cat Association (TICA), and all cats I sell come with their TICA Application for Registration Blue Slip, which I hold back until you have your pet altered.  You must sign a legal agreement to have your cat neutered/spayed before 9 months old, at which time, I mail your registration paper to you.
